Urgent Property Inspection
This is our most popular service. We will inspect a property that you are interested in buying and/or renovating and provide expert advice during and following the visit.
Package includes:
Up to 45-minute on-site property inspection with an immediate follow on meeting to discuss the findings.
Package cost
1-2 bedroom property: £500
3-4 bedroom property: £600
5+ bedroom: POA
Property Inspection with Cost Plan
This is a more detailed service where we will inspect a property that you are interested in buying and/or renovating, and in addition to providing advice, we also provide a written cost plan for the proposed work discussed.
Package includes:
Up to a 45-minute on-site property inspection with an immediate follow on meeting to discuss the findings.
Follow up email with cost plan (normally within 24-hours)
Package cost
1-2 bedroom property: £700
3-4 bedroom property: £800
5+ bedroom: POA
Other Services

Review costs, specifications and inspect on-site progress and standards.
Prepare a ‘Schedule of Works’ for your proposals so that builders can quote comparably.
