The principal Chartered Building Surveyor is Jeff Kasfikis MRICS who has more than 20 years experience in the London property market. Jeff works both Client and Contractor side in the residential market and has a broad understanding of construction knowledge, defects, refurbishment, programming and cost planning.
Jeff will attend and inspect your property. After the inspection he will give his opinion on the property condition and discuss any findings, as well as comment on your objectives and proposals.
